Well I'm guessing we will be included in this sooner rather than later. Unless Wurzel Pellegrini's inspired ker-plunk moment of the penny dropping. Means Haller and Antonio doing a Hartson and Kitson for the rest of the season, with us reaching the dizzy heights of the top ten, before the season ends.

Which beggars the question. What are The Arse and Everton doing, with their prospective new Managers coming in?

I'll start with Everton. They are getting a World class foreign Manager, who is well respected in the game, not as young as some. But a proven winner including the Premier League. Now does this sound familiar to anyone at all? Ring any bells? Now as a supporter of the club that has gone down that road and been less than impressed by our current position. I'd say to Everton, be careful what you wish for.

Getting onto The Arse. As a supposed big club (we kicked your Arse in 1980) had to get that in. Why are they going for the unproven Arteta. Now he could turn out to be the next Guardiola, who knows? But a big gamble, I would have thought he'd be better suited to Everton, having connections with both clubs.

It remains to be seen where we fit into this. But if results don't go our way over Christmas we will no doubt be in the mix. I wouldn't rule out Uncle Harry dusting off his jam roly poly apron and seeing us through until the end of the season.....Ho, Ho Ho..!!

That Martin(the latest sufferer of the injury curse)has not injured himself the same way Fabianski did but it looked very similar and i that happens surely we cannot play Roberto!!! had one sleepless night already just thinking about that.so lets all say a prayer and hope for a swift recovery.

Doesn't have a clue but believes he did a good job but ultimately failed in spectacular fashion and soon to be out of a job if we can get him on a free he sounds like the perfect fit for us:-)

it appears he's been given more time. usually when SSN announce a club is in 'a meeting' with their manager, the next headline is so and so has been sacked. Nothing of the such from us, so I'm guessing they told him to improve and that he has x number of games to do so?

I am all for standing by your manager and giving him time. However, modern football management has become far more about inspiring your players than anything else. yes, its sad that footballers today have to be 'encouraged' to give their all, especially in light of their pay. the old days when players simply knew it was a given that when they donned the shirt and went out to play, they must give it all ala Alvin Martin, Mad Dog, Dicks, Cottee etc.

today, a player will simply go through the motions if he isn't given a cuddle and told how great he is. there are also limits to how long the same manager can do that with the same players - ask Pochettino.

the point is however, Pellegrini isn't a young manager. he commands respect yes, but he appears to totally have lost the inspiration, energy etc of the players. in short, they aren't motivated to play for him or his system.

call it the players fault and I will agree, but sadly that is modern football for you. also, Pellegrini himself is on millions a year so what's his excuse for coming into work with a face like a doormat?

at the end of the day, you need an inspiring coach these days, you need energy in the training ground and then it transpires onto he field. Is Pellegrini capable? especially now that he seems to have lost any inspiration he had with the players? I don't think so.

so how long do we keep him? pretty sure our owners are 'standing by him' simply because the pay out to sack him is heavy but my view is he has to go, he's not a man who is suddenly going to become Mourinho or someone with some passion and energy is he?

Your not West Ham anymore that's become a familiar taunt from the terraces by opposition fans and can we really disagree with them?...3 London derbies two at home and one away what a difference when we play away and no i do not mean just the results i mean the atmosphere spuds/gooners at home two of our biggest games and the grounds like a mausoleum chelski away a different animal and atmosphere because it is our traveling support who really come together and win lose or draw they give it there all and shout and scream and cheer the team on no matter the utter dross we are serving up.It is shameful what has happened to the club that i grew up with move to a new ground so we can compete with the big boys and yet here we are down the line still struggling while clubs like Leicester/Wolves/sheff utd/Burnley/Brighton/Palace all above us all doing a hell of a lot better than us and not one in a sixty thousand arena nope just regular clubs with ground capacities under forty thousand....Wolves/Blunts/Brighton are the clubs that really prove our board got it so wrong as the move was only ever about money in there pockets and screw the fans.We are a joke of a club and when we go down and that is a serious possibility does anyone believe we would bounce back like last time because i for one do not.I used to love this club with a passion like no other but it is slowly being eroded away and i just do not no if it will ever come back to how it used to be.

So Pep admits his team can't compete with the elite. How does he get away with it? The man has arrogantly insisted his 'way' is the greatest. It's fine when you're winning or even competing. But how can we overlook the fact he has always 'bought' his team's rather than built them?

For me being so far behind Liverpool and humiliated by an average United shows actually he's pretty average himself. Unable to stroll the league despite having two starting 11s better than anyone's first team?

Well well. Asked recently if he needed to add a defender to his squad he beamed 'of course not'. He can play midfielders in defence instead, he's the genius remember?

Very sad to hear of the death of Ron Saunders. He was an old school manager who took Aston Villa to a Division One title (pre-Premier League days!) and two League Cup wins. We wouldn’t mind a manager who’d take us to ONE of those trophies!!

We at West Ham are so sorry to hear about your worst winless run since 1977 so we will do all that we can to make sure that ends on Monday evening...to help you out we promise not to worry your fragile defence with any kind of penetrating runs we will constantly play the square pass and slow the tempo down so nobody gets out of breath...we will try and get Roberto back in goal for you but sadly Martin will have to play as he is a gift from the manager to our fans as he wants to keep on there good side!! All in all we wish you all the best in this time of giving and at West Ham we love nothing more than giving goals away so enjoy yourselves on Monday and we hope the smiles we give your fans will make you think of us fondly as we slip into the relegation zone because its not just this time of the year that we at West Ham believe in Giving.

OK so he's the record signing. But he's anonymous in games. But having said that, when he does get on the ball he looks classy, good control, keeps the ball and lays it off well. He does not graft or get involved, but has he ever had too?

In Germany he played a totally different game, mostly with a strike partner. We have Antonio and the lesser spotted Ajeti. So why does Wurzel insist on playing Haller up front on his own like a dick in the wind?

His body language is awful, he must be dejected as we are not playing to his strengths. When Wurzel was at Citeh, he played Dzeko and Tevez as a two. I thought he would play the same way here but no.

I honestly feel the talent is within the squad. But the tactics are woeful. Surely the Dildos have had enough now?

Time for a change, and lets get these players playing properly!!
