What I am about to say is meant to be constructive. We have had two good experience managers in Bilic and Pellegrini. Both finally had Hammers playing well and pushing up the table then all of a sudden we start to lose game after game until we are near relegation and both then get the sack. I find it odd that these managers go from being so experienced to quite incompetent. We go from excited that they are the new manager to “can't wait for them to be given the sack”.
Will it now happen to Moyes? Will he get us at the right end of the table and then the next moment lose just about every game till we are on the verge of relegation, and he goes?
What is this force that makes it happen that can destroy a manager, it must be Player Power. You see it in other clubs and WestHam are no different.
Mark Noble said in his message to the fans about Pelligini “but I do feel like we need to walk before we can run and build something”. Noble has been a professional in the top end of the game for over 15 years. If by now he does not know how to “walk”, what is the team to do? Keep in the bottom half of the table so Noble understands the instructions from the manager and he always gets a game.
Based upon what Noble is saying if Pep Gardiola or Jurgen Klopp became our manager, they would expect us to run, and they would meet the same fate as Pelligrini and Bilic. Sheffield United are way above us with mostly Championship players and they clearly know how to walk and run. Why don't we?
The facts are, you cannot learn to swim by paddling and you cannot learn to run until you run. If you can't walk, drop out of the team.
I don't know the answer to Hammers constant plight, I'm just a fan sitting on the outside looking on. All I can do is refer to historical performance and by what the loyal servant Mark Noble said. Which reminded me of Bobby Moore (who was another servant to hammers and another massive influence in the dressing room) who in the last few of his seasons we were playing to his level until he finally left for lower division Fulham. Is it the same for Mark Noble, I don't know.
In this latest WestHam drama I am asking myself, is Mark Noble the Protagonist or the Antagonist.
The Cups here and West Ham are live on BT sport tomorrow no prizes for guessing why now!! so can i please implore Mr Moyes to put out a strong side and those players picked to put in the effort and banish the recent cup horror shows that have made us the number one pick for the TV channels and supporter of lower league clubs because of our frailty. I want tomorrows game to be a one sided hammering but in our favour this time:-)and i have more than usual invested in this game having just got my nails done and i do not want to be chewing them off because of the teams display! COYI make us proud.

I've been woefully inept in adding to content these past couple of years. Life has overtaken me. But interestingly, it's done the same to West Ham.
I know I'll always have an eye on my phone or the TV when we play, but the last few years....Jesus.
I used the Flying Physio room posts as a chance to take the piss out if how things could be.
I sadly fear they've read it and used it as a manual to run a club.
I used to write in Fortunes always hiding and latterly OLAS back in the day. That was fun, we could laugh, take the piss out of ourselves. But it seemed....friendlier then.
I don't like what I see now.
I hope they get it back, make it West Ham again, make it fun and clever and inventive. But I don't see that when I go there now. I don't like half and half scarfs. I don't like phones in the air, continually filming rather then watching. I don't like VAR. I don't like random searches by amateur stewardship.
I'm done.

About time bring in Rio and Harry for rest of season
In England football is divided between the "haves" and the have yachts. Similarly here in South Africa we have a couple of "big monied" clubs while the rest survive on the proverbial shoestring. Cape Town City are a club that fall into the latter category, but over the last couple of seasons they have been punching above their weight, winning two domestic cups and flying high in the league.
Cape Town are managed by... You know him, you love him... He's our very own Benniiii McCarthy. Yay!
I say "are" that should be "were" because Benni and the board have recently parted company, citing "professional differences" . I believe Benni wanted to take the club to the next level, the board also wanted that but without spending any money. Benni is believed to have had a great rapport with his players and everyone loved the style of football they were playing.
I have seen him interviewed on TV and he speaks fondly of his days at West Ham so maybe our search for Pelegrini's replacement is over.

Worried about the rumour surrounding Diop and the spuds after reading the following.
'West Ham are keen on signing Spanish central defender Unai Nunez, 22, from Athletic Bilbao'.My question is why?if we are going to have to get rid of a central defender then surely we have to be looking at moving on Reid/Balbuena as harsh as it sounds they are a lot older and one still to be tested after a long term injury,if we did sell Diop even for £50million i would be pissed off as it smacks of Bilic balls up when he sold Tomkins to Palace.Look at the problems we are now seeing at Right back as a fan we were all aware that Zabaletta needed replacing again simply because age in this sport has caught up with him but here we are scratching around to get a replacement for him,Now you hear that El Pel whats another winger errr why? we have enough players who can play wide throughout the squad and why the hell does he not accept that Masuaku is a shit defender but out wide up the pitch he looks decent and can put a good cross in but again because as a club and a transfer strategy that is way out off kilt we never seem to address what we need it just seems a scatter gun approach and if its a name that catches the boards eye and one they can sell to the fans then who cares if its a position we have plenty of competition for.
