After seeing yesterdays farcical situation when chelskis GK refused too be subbed and the manager exploding with rage you have to ask has player power gone too far? of course it has with players holding clubs to ransom and then refusing to play if they dont believe in the managers philosophy which normally means they aint getting picked so they spit the dummy...Sarri has had his legs chopped off yesterday by backing down and letting the player stay on the pitch...how can he continue after the world saw that...moanrino has form for it but players shown they are prepared too down tools unless they get there way Puel by dropping vardy was only going to end one way with the player openly questioning the manager and he too has paid the price with a string of bad results and the players again not buying into what the manager wants.
Sarri by letting the GK stay on undermined his own position he is the Boss what he says goes and any respect players may of had for him is gone....

We constantly hear that line from El Pel and he gets very annoyed and frustrated when our players perform as they do against wimbledon/bournemouth/wolves and so on so what can he do too change those players who simply refuse to not believe in his idea and do not believe a club like ours can or ever will be able to perform like a big club which in El Pels mind is to go out regardless of the opposition and go to win not snatch a draw or roll over and let the other team win.
The reason Teams like citeh etc win is because there managers refuse to accept and think of any other result and yes of course they have top top players but have you noticed that any who are not producing are simply out of the side no matter who they are and such ruthlessness has worked on the likes of Aguerro/sane//sterling all household names and walk into any side but they had a rude awakening and if you don't produce on the pitch you are out and that drove those players on now to be better than they ever were.
If players perform and get beat this you accept as the other team on the day were better than you but players going out already beaten before a balls been kicked is totally unacceptable and try as he might with some of our current squad we simply do not produce enough decent displays specially away from home so where will he start the culling in the long summer ahead? and where does he find the players he wants with the mindset he wants to produce a much more consistent side? injuries of which we have had and get too many El Pel has a big summer ahead reshaping and revamping certain parts of the squad if he expects next season too be any different to this one after all it is WEST HAM.

The weird part about the Daily Express’ claim that Tottenham want to sign Declan Rice is that they suggest he will be a replacement for the outgoing Christian Eriksen.

Heard an interesting thought about this whilst in the shower listening to Talksh**e this morning and it is all about the revenues that can be made from new tv deals etc and when asked what his thoughts were Simon Jordan i think made a number of peoples jaws drop when he said that the Premier League should become like the Netflix site and have there own channel and have subscribers pay £8/10 a month too watch the Premier league now he estimated with its worldwide popularity compared to other leagues around the world you could be looking at potentially making and eye watering £10billion a year A YEAR not like now £8.25 billion over3/4 years and i just wondered yeah that sounds great but what will happen to the rest of football in this country because the prem certainly would not want to be sharing that kind of income with lower league football and sky/bt/amazon? etc would not fork out anywhere near the kind of money they do now too show lower league football and it could ruin the game here for everyone.
Simon Jordan voiced this and i am pretty sure people are even now crunching the numbers or have been for a while to see how viable this would be and if the projection is anywhere near what he Predicts we could see the game transform once more in front of our eyes.

Liked what i saw from the player on monday night his pace is something we definitely need and yes he made some mistakes but overall i have to say Zabs is going to have a fight on his hands now for the regular right back starting spot and that is a good thing indeed.

Well surprise bloody surprise its being reported he will not play for us again this season due to a persistent ankle injury now call me a cynic but i find it hard to believe that he played last season injury free at Bournemouth but as soon as the old C&B shirt gets on your back bam his old injury comes back.
Now its not my money but i would like the club to let him go in the summer along with carroll thank god his contracts up sanchez who suffered a nasty injury but to me was a strange signing indeed masuaku who i would gladly sell on ebay if the club do not have the time snodgrass only because of his age as he has put in the effort and not bitched Adrian again out of contract i believe Ogbonna/Obiang my gosh they are so poor perez/chicarito because whats the point.
thankfully there is no football this summer but the club need an entire rethink on transfers and must realise no matter how good a deal it seems at the time a player with an injury record is a player you can do without.Eddie Howe puts many managers to shame with his ability to find nurture and develop talent whilst not breaking the bank and giving silly wages too under performing overrated over the hill last chance saloon players,if he can do it then surely we can to.
