Whats all this about you boys are thinking well we all know how we love to beat the spuds and other local rivals which goes without saying i wonder how man on here for one reason or another hold a grudge/gripe about a club that is so out of left field it can only mean something to that person.
Well this girl has one and it is for Coventry that makes my blood boil and makes me smile when they get relegated or suffer defeat and why is that? well many years ago(not going to say how many am i!)an away trip to Coventry as a young lass sounded fun an adventure but it was not it poured with rain all day my west ham wellingtons leaked! and the meat pie was stone cold and the tea as weak as you no what and to top it all we of course lost and the journey home the fan belt broke! ever since that day Coventry have been on my teams i do not like list lol silly of course but i cannot help but get annoyed eveytime i hear them mentioned and i look to see if they get beat each week so any of you got a team which for some daft reason you just do not like apart as i say from the usual suspects

We are not going to go down and frankly playing in the eujoka and all the nonsense that brings with it can wait for another season at least so whilst scouting europe for bargains why not let some of our promising youngsters have a run out.
with Rice now proving to be one of the first names on the first team sheet how about bringing in young Nathan Holland and Xanda Silva and maybe Ben Johnson and Connor Coventry into the squad,Grady Diangana has had his chances this season as well so what have we to lose? of course i am not advocating for all of them to start a game at same time but say lets slot young Coventry in alongside Nasri and give Rice and Noble a rest Silva can come on for chicarito if needed instead of the great sulk Arnie Johnson could be the kick up the backside Fredericks needs to keep his game at a decent level if not watch out and Holland could well take over from the inconsistent Anderson.
This to my mind would do a couple of things for the young players one of which is to show that the boss has faith in them and secondly if it is a step to far for them right now then they will have had the big game exposure and see how much more they need to give and improve if they want to get back to it so its a win win surely for the club both in saving transfer fees and big wages if we can give some of these promising lads there big chance and they take it.

We already have two tier officiating, so what is the point of two tier VAR??Dean, Oliver, Marriner & Moss is a great name for a firm of Solicitors! We ended up having to wait for ages for someone else's opinion to overturn someone else's opinion. No difference there then...as was the outcome. Manchester City got away with murder because of totally incompetent officiating. Why do all the vital decisions go the way of the BIG clubs??? After watching the match v Cardiff it got me wondering on two points Hernandez (stupid) trying to con a penalty yet Silva for Man City won a pen v us for the exact same type of (non)challenge.
But my main point is this and the offside rule ... so how come a player in an offside position yet "not interfering with play" where the officials allow a goal to count yet a player not directly involved in play of a side defending can play a goalscorer "onside" (Fredericks a good 20 feet away from the action)?
As the rules stand Niasse' goal counts of course and I except that and many teams have suffered the same fate (though some have got away with it).
It was a fantastic occasion to be at the LS on Saturday to see a very emotional Billy Bonds officially open the main stand in his name, very worthy recipient of this honour I think we all agree.
This leaves the final stand to be named or rather, renamed. If so, who should get the final honour?

Some thoughts are The Boleyn Stand, The 66 Stand, Greenwood Lyle, Noble etc etc but for me its plain Sir Geoff Hurst, second all time leading goal scorer and hat trick in a World Cup final.
