Bowen comes on, makes a run from the halfway line, is beautifully picked out with a pass from Declan Rice that has the measure of Trevor Brooking or Seve Ballesteros with a pitching wedge, controlled in one move, slotted past the keeper, the crowd go crazy, everyone is singing "Bowen's on fire..."
Yet again, West Ham win a major trophy and we have the bragging rights... Oh yer.. We won the World Cup and The European Nations.. A theme that will go on for years to come :o)

Not because we do not have the players because we most assuredly do but we have a manager very much out of the Moyes mould who puts defence before attack and sadly i see us getting through the group win one knockout game then get beat in the quarters.
As long as the FA employ yes men i am sorry to say we have no real chance i mean if you cannot beat Italy at home in the final after going a goal up well what does that tell you.

I think "Bubbles" could also be the England anthem, Fortunes always hiding. but, this is a crop of good players and maybe old big nose has learnt from past mistakes... lets hope!

I just feel England are perennial failures and no matter what happens there is always at least one thing that goes against us and costs us glory. Maybe it does take a West Ham man or 3 for England to win something. Fingers cross Bowen's on fire....
