Does that mean they are crossing t,s etc or have they sold enough season tickets now

Lot of wheeling and dealing going on for the guys out of contract. Remember the transfer window doesn't open until July, so there are some things that can't be done, and also a lot of people are on their hols.

Like many a seasoned hammer why do I get the feeling we are on the same roller coaster again! Lots of speak for the press and numerous links to players but then silence. I do understand how it works, but gosh I long for the day we read something factual, as in we have signed this player.....end of. None of this back and forth stuff with other clubs circling then stealing from under our noses. Like most I am wanting the fight to begin and none of this talking up crap and exciting times!!!!! Get out there, find a player, sign him then let everybody know. On a thought though not like Tevez......
Just a frustrated hammer fan seeing an early season starting with little extra in the armoury. Just hope I eat my words!

Sorry I have been quiet but....we hope to announce a very large 8 figure deal within 5 days. I can't tell you more at the moment.....Any ideas anyone?

All this speculation is fuelled by these parasitic agents, every year looking for a better deal for their players just so they can line their own pockets. The other problem with it is the moronic press jump onto every possibility all hoping to be the "you read it here first" winner in breaking the story with maybe 1/10 having any accuracy.
I usually switch off from the Org during this time simply cos I can't stand all the "rumours" and scaremongering and believe signings only when they're pictured holding their new shirt and contract signed and in the bag. Only staying on this time as I am scared the Org will disappear again!!!!
The rest is just fuel to keep the sport of football at the forefront of everyone's mind and is no more accurate than a 5yr old pretending to be Rooney and skying his shot over the bar!
