Only played there once in the Metropolitan London Cup 1978. terrible pitches but came away with a win. Not sure what they are like today but some really good players over there in my day who did go on to better things. Perhaps Moyes was looking for a few cheapee's :-)
Our workplace team from hackney played another hackney team,all Turkish & good players...some wag had the bright idea to have a few pints before the game,I think we lost about 15 nil!!
