I know it wont probably happen, but couldn't the club or the players!! make a gesture to reimburse the fans who travelled to Shrewsbury to watch such a dire performance, other clubs have done this in the past, perhaps Joe Hart instead of giving the baseball hat back at halftime could have gone round the dressing room at full time and asked for contributions on what the players felt their performances warranted!

until they see someone instead of trying to get it up to Ayew and Chicherito might be better.it looks like they are rushing everything.

I am not sure what the answer is, sometimes sport is like this. I do not agree with the panel that we are not trying, but we do need to get a grip

Rice looked like the game was all a bit of a doddle for him! Youngsters better than the seasoned players. If I was Moyes I'd get kouyates eyes tested! Surely no one professional could pass that ball so badly! He must be seeing something we don't.

He had another good game,so did cullen i thought, though apart from arthur & hart the rest of em were pony!!

Its typical 3 rd round of the cup match the minnows give everything because it's probably the nearest they'll get to glory in their careers so the give it well 20%more close you down and counter don't think I've ever seen so much head tennis

BBC went there looking and expecting an upset, when it did not happen all they could do is knock WH for not playing well, taking nothing away for Shrewsbury but a draw is not a bad result for us

Can stay fit,at least they provide some excitement, not sure how much more i can take watching ayew, chickpea & kouyate dither or fall over...its hard enough watching it on the telly but people are paying hard earned to watch them!!

Should get a really strong look from Moyes. Not much else to even speak about. But I agree with La Vida Hammer -- Shrewsbury were the potential Cinderella story, playing well in League One, giving it all at home; BBC surely went there hoping for an upset. We can be happy to have escaped, but the replay won't be a whole lot easier!

I don't think West Ham will lose this one but I would not have the attitude that this is an absolute gift and all we got to do to do is turn up we've had that before with the Brighton game and look what happened there. Once again it all depends on who is available but I hope Oxford and Have a sandwich will play this is a perfect opportunity to play some of the academy players. But I think we ought to respect Shrewsbury they aint mugs

I was not impressed with the young guns, bar Rice who has a future. They were playing against a 3rd league team and looked average very quickly reverting to long ball, lack of control, lack of passing etc. Lost opportunity, no one made a real mark on an occasion that someone could have really stepped up taken the game by the throat and show a bit of class. I will no longer suggest playing the kids as I dont believe they are any better than the established pedestrians masquerading as West Ham!

The sports reporter on Irish t v said Martin O Neil wants to get his finger out with Rice and Cullen both have played underage but apparently could still declare fo England
