Ok so I've given you what's your favourite colour underpants in the past - a bit more grown up this time.

Is a Jaffa cake a cake or a biscuit????

I think it's a biscuit, but whys it called a cake??

They went to court to try and prove they are a biscuit as cakes are a luxury item and taxed higher, but they lost. I think the definitive test if I'm remembering right is stale cakes go hard and biscuits go soft. In other jaffa cake news you only get 10 in a pack now instead of twelve :(
