West Ham United have a dreadful history with regards to players returning from international duty having picked up bad injuries, fortunately it appears that the medical team will be able to concentrate on getting the long term injured fit rather than having to address new issues with the exception of Arthur Masuaku who has been sent home from the DR Congo camp with what is described as a very minor ankle injury.
Telford Homes has halted works on its redevelopment of Wallis Road’s Stone Studios following complaints over the release of noxious fumes from its Hackney Wick construction site. Local residents and the principal of the near by Mossbourne Academy have complained about the side effects from inhalation of toxic fumes, including headaches and nausea.

The International break is usually accompanied by a reeking of fetid rumours about players and their clubs, there 'leaks' are invariably driven by agents keen to see some action for their clients, because of course action results in the agent getting their hands on even more commision. Not all agents are devisive and some perform very well for their clients, but it is difficult to give much creedance to many of the comments attributed to players as that have actually been 'sourced' via quotes from agents rather than from the players themselves.

Javier Hernandez and Andy Carroll are on a combined wage in excess of £220,000 per week, which is ludicrous! Even though Pellegrini says he is happy with what he has, reading between the lines he didn't say he wouldn't get rid of 'waste' material during the January transfer window. Carroll has cost approximately £2.85 Million per goal scored, Hernandez even more at around £3.25 Million per goal!

Unless there is a massive event that we are unaware of at the Org, this seems like an ideal opportunity to 'inflict' a life of suffering on a whole new generation of emotional cannon fodder and despair!

Who would have thought it? Nearly a quarter of the way in to the season and despite stumping up the best part of £100 Million and signing a World Class manager in Manuel Pellegrini, West Ham United's co-owners David Gold and David Sullivan have been conspicuous by their absence in the media. So rare have there been any comments from the two Davids that rumours persist as to whether the elderly duo have in fact been abducted by Aliens, it would seem the only logical way of explaining their silence.
