FIFA and their crumbling empire

Submitted by Red Neck Iron on

Just saw the panorama program and if it wasn't so shocking it would have been brilliant! How can this organisation ever survive with the place riddled with so many crooks! Surely there has to be a completely new body to run football now! I can barely wait for these people to be convicted especially blatter who has and sense of arrogance entitlement and power that rockets past anyone!

Review Panel

Submitted by moore2come on

How does this review panel of the FA's work? I've seen that the Schweinsteiger incident has been sent for review but imo the Fellani studs up tackle on Tomkins was a lot worsse and could have resulted in the 4th ankle injury we've suffered in the last couple of weeks. Bilic obviusly made comment on the elbow into Reid's face and said it should have been red but as no one commented on the Fellani leg breaker does the FA just ignore it?

Manure v West Ham

So the mighty hammers have a great opportunity to pull of a bit of history tomorrow,Only twice before have teams managed to defeat the So-called Big Five - Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City and Man United in the same season, Villa 92/93 season and Leeds 94/95 season,BUT for us it will be a proper rare achievement because Chelski and money bags Shitty where nobodies then"AND STILL ARE IN MY EYES LOL",so come on you irons let's give us fans a smile Saturday,i'm gonna go 1.2 mighty hammers ⚒

I just can't let it go

Submitted by Spudgun on

I know I'm obsessed and I really should just let it go but MARK LAWRENSON...I'm o.k. with his WHU prediction but once again look at his Poo prediction, it's not so much the score line prediction but his comments...'Liverpools away form is the best in the league', and on that assumption he has to put them for a win...fair enough. But where is the consistency (apart from never predicting a Poo loss), when we were smashing Poo,Citeh and Arse away from home AND consequently had the 'BEST AWAY FORM' in the country he still consistently put us down for a loss...surely some regulator somewhere in the BBC Sports department can see this, apparently there are plenty of WHU supporters at the BeeB....Rant over, I really must stop getting my knickers in a twist over such a tool as Lawro.."If your happy and you know it shake your meds". I'm off to get mine....

Is it me or is Jurgen Klopp a breath of fresh air to the Premier League?

Great personality and great infinity with his players. So many PL managers talk absolute rubbish and they hide behind very poor excuses, but this guy seems to break the mould. Gutted that we couldn't manage to sway his opinion to get back in the game sooner than he wanted. A smile on his face so often and an infectious positive attitude that will breed unity and success in the long term. Your opinions?

The Brewers v Millwall

Submitted by bonzo and the bov on

Last night my local team Burton Albion played for the first time a rearrange game against Millwall. with 2,888 fans turning up on a cold night and 700 traveling up from the eastend to Burton

I didn't go myself but a few diehards at work this morning were telling us there match reports.
Being a hammer my name cropped up ?? but when I heard why I had to laugh, Albion were 2-0 up with 15 mins to go when the brewers fans started sing the bubbles............only for Millwall to score straight away :-)...it shut the brewers up for the last squeaky bum 15 mins but the finished 2-1 and top of league 1.....One of the lads who plays in the albion youth team lives on my round and I saw him this morning cleaning his car, he asked me if it was me that started the bubbles off knowing that I support WH...Made me smile on what was a very busy day today at the Royal mail......
