Scams not the man

Submitted by mcbikeman on

If anyone wanted proof that Moyes does not see Scamacca as part of the West Ham team only has to look at the last two games.....playing a cypriot side that would struggle in the national league a chance for Scamm to get some minutes in but nope Antonio played he scored twice came off injured so Scam got a few minutes...fast forward to today against Villa Ings not involved in the game Antonio not available because of injury Moyes can't take Benni off he knows that as much as he'd like to so low and behold Ings off and Cornet on a man coming back from the longest calf injury in history who has played as attacking Wingback or winger well not today today he was put in upfront and with Scamacca on the bench and seemingly stuck there you now no Moyes wants shot of the player and if the tea ladies fit she will get on against the cypriots ahead of Scam.....Criminal Moyes IMO....if you have had a spat with the man grow up stop sulking and give him a chance but no another unpolished gem Moyes treats like a turd will be gone........His man management skills are no existent

Blinkered view

Moyes wont be sacked as there is nobody out there with Prem experience.....you hear that bandied about a lot but please explain to me what they mean by Prem experience? De zerbi did he have it? Thomas Frank? did he Ten Haag? nope so what the hell do they mean? it is all a load of nonsense as far as i am concerned and lazy thinking.

Good managers manage the players.....the league you are in IMO is irrelevant....Players need to respect and know who the boss is and buy into his philosphy if they dont you get chaos.

So how come we have to have a manager with "prem experience" yet buy players without the same? so please somene explain to me just what they mean? do they mean ex-players with prem experience can be managers? if so see Gerrard/Lamps etc and if they want just a manager who has been there do they mean BFS Benitez.....overlooking the new crop like Kompany and Carrick.

So if your CV does not have Prem experience on it do not bother to apply?.

No Balls

Submitted by mcbikeman on

From the board to the manager to the players none of them have any balls to change and as a consequence we are without doubt of the 9 clubs in the dogfight have the better players of the bunch but what we dont have are players with any fight no scrappers where as all the others have that in there squads....the board no balls for making the decision we all know that needs to be made the manager has no balls to change from his antiquated tactics and the players no balls to try and change things ingame just give up and sulk....but its our fault as fans apparently for not backing the team and manager during the hard times.....Protests dont work they say the board not interested in what "customers" say but if only for one or two games as a fanbase you turn up but dont go into the ground stay outside let the players see and the manager that we wont watch that shit anymore and embarrass the board they may have taken your money with a season ticket but it is time to show them that without us the club is worthless.....Money is all they understand....they can take our money but they can never take our freedom time to make a stand.

School Team

Watching that utter rubbish yesterday and in the comments i did say we were like a team where the players were picked in the car park and sent out to play 11 strangers trying to work out who plays where and does what....Now just hearing and reading what Shearer had to say will anyone listen? as fans we have been saying it all season but because we have never played or managed at that level we don't no what we are on about...well for those of you who have not read it here is what Shearer had to say....i do not apologise for cutting and pasting the following.

Alan Shearer has given a very clear opinion on where he believes David Moyes stands at West Ham after today’s defeat at Brighton and Hove Albion.

None of us object to getting beaten so long as the Hammers leave nothing on the pitch. Today they couldn’t leave anything because they took nothing onto it.

And don’t ask me to start getting excited about the restart of the Conference because frankly it is of little interest given the appalling form this squad is showing under a manager who scares the living daylights out of me because he is near hopeless in most areas.

I don’t believe he is any good tactically, in the transfer market, from what I hear close to it, dull and boring on the training ground, making pointless substitutions at around the same time most games and usually finding scapegoats – usually, like today, Said Benrahma.

Oh then of course there is the regular stuff about how we can’t score goals and “we are working on that” along with his refusal to give much team news before a game.

He is frightened opposition manager will work out how we are gonna play but there’s one flaw in his thinking: They already know!

Moyes

I'll put it like this ,and its my opinion only,if Moyes isnt gone by monday morning then my theory about the board ,that they intend to take us down ,must be right , but why would they ?, i hear you ask ,the answer ,who knows , it could be a number of reasons their could be hidden incentives we know fuck all about ,i know one thing though ,no other club would put up with this garbage ,that performance today was the worst i have ever seen from a west ham team, EVER , the players out there today belong in the chumps , with the exemption of Rice ,who will be gracing some other team next year, i know i sound like a conspiracy theorist but i mentioned it earlier the only way they could have been that bad was if the players got together and in an effort to get him out played out some sort of kamikaze mission ,not a single shot on target in the second half .
Again with the exemption of Rice ,who can nearly set his own price this team will be picked to bits by the vultures from other clubs , again leaving out ( possibly ) Bowen and Benny who would you buy if you were the owner of a football club ? .
To finish ,thanks to our traveling supporters you have been bloody marvelous and you are a credit to this football club ,the players ??? You should be ashamed of yourselves .

Brighton today

Can i just point out to mr Moyes that todays game is not one for bending over and touching your toes!

Bogey side or not lets try something different like putting Ants wide on the right play Ings and Bowen together up front and Benny wide left as the invisibleman is still not fit! Pac and Rice in the middle with Oggy/Aguered/Johnson and Emerson in a flat back four with Areola or Soucek:-) in goal.

Come on David show us you can change i'll start holding my breath! COYI.

Altogether now that includes you Burkie...We've got super errr mmm i think i better go have a lay down.

Fear the future

Ok by some miracle we stay up what then? i am sure i have not been the only one noticing stories like we are interested in this player that player such as......Maguire/McTominay/Bissaka/Smalling the latest all very uninspiring all with a common thread and all most definetly a Moyes kind of player IMO papertalk or not this has to stop.

WE stay up the board have to thank Moyes and get shot of him thats the first thing....secondly no player can be sold until a new manager is installed and then he makes the decision...Thirdly Rice should not be sold(if we are selling!)again until the new manager has found the replacement he wants.....this should prevent the club from being shafted price wise on future signings as there is no money in the Kitty regarding his sale....also the club needs to set the price not the buying club so Arsenal stop trying to buy cheap.

And most important of all is the list of managers that are always muted for every job needs to be binned and a bit more thought given to what the club wants and needs to get us to that much lauded "next level".......Benitez and Co not wanted.

The club are notorious for dragging there feet but all this i hope has already been discussed by those who run the club and if not why not......it is going to be a long summer if we survive if we dont my God it wll be even longer considering the fallout that will cause.

how truly pathetic are the board

Sullivan backing Moyes is the news coming out followed later by the rumour that if we lose to Forest he will be sacked well woop e doop if his tenure as our manager is on this one game as we are to believe it was the same against Everton what a stupid way to run a club.......Decisions need to be made and by giving Moyes extra games we are just slowly choking ourselves to death....Dyche should of been the one soon as he got the Everton job i was and am still in no doubt he will keep them up as he has more about him IMO than the brush he gets tarred with and so he has sparked them into life whilst our zombified corpse keeps twitching along...

nobody out there they say Bollocks there are plenty out there but because of our situation right now we just need someone to get the players smiling and believing in themselves again and Moyes most definetly is not.......Benitez doing punditry this past week putting his old mush in the frame for any job out there and it would not surprise me if the club did that but he is by no means a LONGTERM soloution if they are going that way then it has to be till the end of the season with a nice bonus for keeping us up and no more.....maybe Twitch could come back!!!(tin hat firmly on)the club just have to do something because right now we are a laughing stock.

Frank/De Zerbi/Silva.......the first two was a case of who?? especially De Zerbie lets face it soon as Potter left Brighton we all thought thats it for them selling there best players for £50/60million they will fall apart but if anything they are playing even better how did they find this manager?by doing there homework so the usual treadmill of failed managers were not even considered and proof right now is in the pudding the same with Frank but he quite rightly signed a new contract with Brentford another club who sell when the big clubs come calling but again it does not seem to hinder there progress....Silva unfairly treated at Watford(who isn't)mare at Everton a busted flush by all accounts but nope he went to Fulham and here we go another so called smaller club playing good football and flying up the league whilst we wring our hands on a decision that should of been made when the world cup started......i struggle to understand how men who have made an absolute fortune in there lives by making decisions cannot do what everyone apart from Keown can see and mr Pearce you say that you chat to Moyes regular and that he is HURTING well think about the fans who have to watch that shite week in week out and earn a few hundred a week to see it.....

Eyes open too late

Rice the rest of the squad a possible mutiny? see it when i believe it....been saying even before the world cup that he as Captain and the players needed to grow a set and tell Moyes we cant keep playing the way we are but no they just got there heads down and played the way Moyes wants even though everyone could see this was leading to the mess we are in now.

Being cynical this is just Rice pretending it matters to him when in truth it does not as he is going in the summer even if we stay up so lets look good by coming out and saying we cant keep being defensive etc etc..........but hey what do we fans no we've never played at that level! even though we have been saying it all season.
