new penalty shootout format

just seen the gooners beat chelski(shame eh!) by the new pen shootout rules have to say i liked the format of course you prefer to win the game in normal time but if not this was refreshing.

thats what conte was trying to do....they lost and there all singing all dancing £60million morata missed lol i wonder if bats had a smile to himself at that one.

and i did like the fact that no extra time was played as that is just as tedious with neither team really wanting to risk losing and so just play for pens.
